1. Shipping Locations

We offer shipping to Ireland, the UK, Europe and worldwide.

2. Processing Times

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will generally be processed on the next business day.

Some made-to-order or personalised products may require additional processing time. Any relevant information will be shown on the product page.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Typical delivery estimates after dispatch:

Ireland: 1–3 business days
UK: 2–5 business days
Europe: 3–7 business days
Rest of World: 5–14 business days

These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Customs delays, weather, public holidays and circumstances outside our control may occasionally affect delivery times.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery location, order size and selected shipping method.

From time to time, Gael Padel may offer free or discounted shipping promotions.

5. Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has been dispatched.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Gael Padel is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
